My husband and I come here every so often and the bartenders Kelly and Michael are wonderful. They are very attentive and polite. Customer service speaks volumes at any type of restaurant whether it's a fine dining establishment or a cafe. You could have the best food but if the quality of service doesn't match the food quality it's not worth it. Kelly and Michael go above and beyond and they are why we continue to visit.

We have been visiting this BA location for quite sometime & unexpectedly had an issue on our last visit (not with our wonderful server). Their manager, Sadie, overheard my husband & I discussing the issue and she went above & beyond to take care of us. She was very understanding & so kind. She really does care about her customers!!! Also wanted to give a shout out to our 2 favorite servers - Mel & Ian, we seek them out every time we visit lol. They both are fantastic!

I thought it was great. I would definitely use the groupon discount which made it worth it . The prime rib was pretty good and those Brussels sprouts were crazy good. The bread was weirdly good too, I just kept eating that. Service was really good just because me and my friend were the only ones there. It's a typical chain steak house vibe.

I've got two words for you: Campfire Feast. A three course meal for two - it's easily one of the best deals out there in today's cost-inflated dining scene. At it's list price of $70 it's a bit steep, but Black Angus constantly offers discounted pricing through mailers or online coupons. This most recent visit I was able to find an online coupon that brought the price down to $48. $24/person for a three-course steak dinner, can you really beat that deal? As far as the food goes, it's a chain restaurant so of course you are getting a chain-quality steak. Totally serviceable but you won't be confusing this place with Alexander's anytime soon. However, where Black Angus really shines is in the appetizers. They have possibly the single greatest appetizer at any restaurant chain - Crispy Garlic-Pepper Zucchini. Thick slabs of zucchini, perfectly breaded and served with a delicious fresh cucumber dip. Just writing this review is making me salivate thinking about it. While this is the real star of the show, the Loaded Potato Skins are great too, as are the Chipotle-Buffalo Chicken Tenders. We went with a large group so we were able to order all of them but if you just go as a couple, thankfully they have a Wagon Wheel Sampler appetizer that you can upgrade to which has all three of these in addition to a shrimp cocktail so you don't have to miss out on any of the app-y goodness. Black Angus will always hold a spot in my heart for their killer deals and awesome appetizers. Find yourself a coupon and give it a try!

It was an experience that we expected and we got. My family doesn't usually go to places like this but it was my dad's birthday and he was craving an American restaurant with good appetizer bread LOL. The bread was honestly my least favorite part because it was pretty chewy and hard but the rest of the food was pretty good. The service was great and they checked up on us pretty often. There was a lot of seating and the interior was what I expected from an American restaurant. The orange glowing lighting was pretty nice.
